Advanced Process Systems develops and assembles steam & condensate systems for the manufacturing, petrochemical, food processing, and other industrial applications.

We assemble water and steam tanks, high-pressure piping, and a few other related items. We assemble them as “skids” or pre-assembled runs of equipment that has most of the welding done, minimizing the downtime of a manufacturing plant for installation.

Our goal is to improve the efficiency of energy demands during the manufacturing process, or even in water heating systems.

We’ve done work for 3M, Flint Hills Resources at Pine Bend, Kemps, Land O’Lakes, Mayo Clinic, CHS, ADM, University of Minnesota (Twin Cities, Duluth, Mankato).
